This is a massage technique that focuses on the deeper levels of muscle tissue to release chronic tension within the body. The strokes are slow and this massage works on the muscular, cardiovascular, skin, nervous, lymphatic and respiratory systems helping improve overall wellbeing.

Natasha is a Registered Nurse, a Member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, the International Council of Holistic Therapists and the British Wheel of Yoga. She has 8 different massage diplomas and also teaches group and individual Yoga as well as running regular day retreats.
