Nutritional Therapy

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Good nutrition plays a prominent role in the promotion of health and the prevention and treatment of disease. It is vital for good physical and mental health. Modern diets, often high in fat, salt, sugar and chemicals, comprise food that is more and more processed and less nutritious, making us more susceptible to health problems. Nutritional Therapy aims to identify the cause of problems from symptoms and a food sensitivity test and then suggest ways of correcting the disorder through diet changes and, sometimes, supplements.
