Massage in pregnancy can be a wonderful experience as it helps a woman relax, supports her body during a period of immense change and can help to prepare the whole body for birth.

Pregnancy puts a strain on the body and massage can help:

Pregnancy massage also indirectly benefits the baby as when the mother relaxes she releases hormones that also relax the baby.
